I started playing flute at the age of 5. First it was a block flute, few years later I changed to the concert flute. During my musical studies with Tatyana Raeva at a music school in Moscow and later with Prof. Vladimir Kudrya at the Gnessin Moscow Special School of Music, I won several awards at various national music competitions. Besides flute I have also studied music theory, music history and pedagogy.
In 2002 I moved to Switzerland where I was admitted in the concert class of Prof. Philippe Racine at the Zurich School of Music, Drama and Dance. Here, in 2007, I got my Concert Diploma with distinction and, two years later, also my Soloist Diploma. Following, I studied for one year piccolo with Janek Rosset at the Zurich University of the Arts, and after that I completed my pedagogical master studies.
Currently I perform as a soloist, an orchestra musician and as a chamber musician. I play solo concerts, I take part in projects with different music formations in the whole Switzerland and I also play as a substitute in the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich.
